By or on January 1, 2022, the state will be issuing a draft plan for meeting the requirements of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act.  Signed into law in July 2019, the Act sets targets for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions across all sectors of the state’s economy.  Read more…
